Prior to founding The MOUBARAK Law Firm., Ali spent 13 years in the world of Corporate Banking, working at Citizens Financial Group, Comerica and most recently with J.P. Morgan Chase, where he worked as a Corporate Business Banker and his main focus were on businesses with annual revenues of $5 million and $25 million.
Ali works hand in hand with business owners and Executive-level clients to develop efficient business processes to protect and to prevent business problems and challenges.
Ali’s extensive background allows him to effectively counsel clients across a wide range of business transactions and operations. When business disputes arise, Ali constructs solutions to complex legal challenges, offers insights into transactions, develops effective approaches to negotiations, formulates litigation strategy, and uses all resources at his disposal to protect and defend the interests of his clients all the way to the courtroom.
Ali also counsels clients regarding the formation, purchase, sale and dissolution of partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships.
In addition, Ali can provide you with sound, legal advice in regards to other issues of debt related to bankruptcy. Ali will guide your way through bankruptcy from start to finish, or in the alternative, provide you with an alternative solution to your indebtedness.

Hannah Neilson is a Paralegal at The Moubarak Law Firm and an integral part of our legal team. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned her degree in Pre-Law with a minor in Sports Management, and she also holds a Certificate in Global Sports Management from New York University (NYU). Hannah brings exceptional intelligence, precision, and discipline to every case she handles. She has a deep and sophisticated understanding of the law and legal procedure—often exceeding that of many practicing attorneys—and plays a critical role in case development, litigation strategy, and client advocacy.
